Martin is an enthusiastic photographer who for over 35 years has worked in many types of photographic media. Initially working in slides and audio-visual, he then moved into monochrome and color prints, receiving his Fellowship of the Royal Photographic Society in 1995.

Martin now works mainly in digital media and has run courses and demonstrations on Adobe Photoshop and Corel Painter. Martin is well known throughout the UK for his lectures on creative photography.
